We have a team of experienced Supply Planners and are looking for someone to join them! We are seeking an experienced planner to manage the of our finished goods inventory in the warehouse network we operate across ANZ. This exciting role plays a key role in our Supply Chain process, ensuring our retail customers get the right products at the right time, as well as working with internal customers to drive accuracy in our sales forecasts to ensure appropriate production volumes. It calls on an individual who can build effective relationships, has exceptional communication skills and can negotiate and influence to get the right outcomes. A taste of what you’ll be doing: Develop and execute supply plans from overseas manufacturing locations and track performance to plan with each manufacturing location. Implementing inventory control measures to maintain shelf-life targets, minimize excess inventory, and reduce carrying costs. Collaborate with manufacturing, freight forwarders and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective importation of goods. Co-ordinate, track and clearing of all inbound import finished good containers from multiple global sources to all Kellanova DC’s. Work closely with all manufacturers the manage any ingredient & packaging runouts during product renovations / delists to minimise write offs. Ensure accurate on-shelf and off-shelf dates for NPDs & promotions through appropriate supply plans. Engage with internal stakeholders and present regular updates on trends, opportunities and areas of improvement Your recipe for success: A tertiary qualification and strong track record in a Supply Planning role Skills and Knowledge in production planning and inventory management is essential Knowledge of imports process and S&OP desirable Good working knowledge of SAP ECC / SAP IBP Good analytical, communication and diplomacy skills. Intermediate MS Excel skills required Strong ability to create good working relationships with internal stakeholders About Kellanova: We’re a company that makes great food and we hire great people!
