Your future role We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our team our team responsible for the maintenance of the Gold Coast Light Rail fleet. Based at our facility in Southport , you will support all aspects of the operation with a diverse range of administrative tasks. This is a fulltime, permanent position but a part-time arrangement would also be considered for the right candidate. Start and finish times are flexible, however you will be required to support the morning customer reporting requirements between 6am and 7am (can be done remotely). We’ll look to you for: Uploading daily customer reports in to our system to generate work orders. Supporting indirect sourcing and procurement and receipting of goods. Assisting EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) to administer the Onsite Track Easy system. Coordinating the monthly customer reporting by collating data from all teams/functions across the operation. Providing commercial supporting and assisting our customer with insurance claims. General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the leadership team.
