We are a growing business with a strong pipeline of work both locally and internationally, and are currently looking for a Procurement Project Manager (PPM) based in Bellevue, Perth. Purpose of the Role : As a PPM this role is to embed yourself into the (C Services Trains Project) to support a variety of external and internal requests whilst ensuring the Procurement Governance is adhered to. You will be working with cross functional teams interacting daily with our Engineering, Project Management and Maintenance Teams. Your role will be to identify procurement related tasks and deliver against stringent timelines. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the Project Procurement strategy is shared, understood, applied by the procurement teams and the SSM. To have the responsibility for the budgetary delivery of Scope and Commercial discussions with the support of the Alstom Legal team as defined and agreed to by Alstom and the selected supplier / provider. Manage buyers working on the project for a proper contribution to the project QCD. Define and agree with Procurement and SSMs the corrective measures and ensure those are led. Follow project particular conditions are correctly applied and respected (such as localization rate, financial conditions…) Ensure QCD performance of procurement is properly reported for each respective sub-system & component. Key Requirements: Relevant experience in Procurement, combining Project Management, technical exposure and financial analysis and forecasting. Previous industry experience with focus on procurement in a Service environment would be advantage. Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are met promptly. Manage cost control effectively from bid to sell stage. Engage and coordinate with stakeholders, including the entire project team, suppliers, and central support team. Proactively monitor and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
