Mamamia is looking for a Partner Strategy Manager to join our best-in-class Strategy team. We're open to candidates based in SYDNEY, MELBOURNE and BRISBANE. But first, here's a bit about us. The Partner Strategy team is a group of strategic marketers who design advertising campaigns for our brand partners. Collaborating with all corners of the business, the team creates big ideas to integrate advertisers through Mamamia's written editorial content, social media, podcasts and events, to solve the problems brands are tackling in their businesses. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Brainstorming creative approaches to integrate clients into Mamamia content. Making presentations and pitching your ideas to clients. Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns. Developing new products we can take to potential clients. Staying on top of global media trends and digesting deep research about our audience. Now, a bit about you. Your skills and creative thinking are more important than years of experience or formal qualifications, however, we are looking for someone who... is a big consumer of content: you read, watch and listen to everything. You know what's trending. has exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You write succinctly and always leave your audience clear about your meaning. You're a confident presenter. Is intrinsically motivated. You don't need to be told twice, you're organised and always on time. Has a solid understanding of the basics of Strategy. You can unpack a client brief and understand what they really need. Can work effectively in a team environment whilst being able to achieve results working independently.
