Join us in making over the world of beauty! We’re seeking a talented National Account Manager to join our Coty National Office based in Sydney CBD. The right candidate for the role will own the assigned categories within the Chemist Warehouse ANZ team and will actively contribute to the development of overall sales strategies. You will have a love for establishing and maintaining long term retail customer relationships as well as finding the answers through analysis and will be excited for the opportunity to provide actionable insights to drive commercial results. Your drive, ability to deliver an excellent customer experience and a proven track record in meeting targets will assist in ensuring you are successful in this very exciting and challenging role. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for a variety of forecasting, sales reporting, business planning and data integrity functions including but not limited to: Driving and maximising sales across your assigned categories and brands within Chemist Warehouse by building and managing proactive, successful customer relationships. Managing the planning & execution of promotional & NPD plans in line with brand and customer strategy, optimizing trade spend, partnering with customers on key strategic initiatives. Managing stock and financial forecasting including trade investment within agreed spend guidelines for Chemist Warehouse. Executing weekly/monthly/annually sales reviews & 6 monthly strategy sessions across your assigned categories and brands within the portfolio. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales & share growth. Analyse data to identify sales, share & profit opportunities & initiatives to maximise return on trade spend investment, and model Liaise with retailer inventory planners to drive sales performance through stock levels, purchases, timing & stock turn performance. General sales administrative support including the development of sales promotions, temporary price reductions and over and above trade investment. At Coty, no two days are the same. YOU ARE A COTY FIT Your love for working in a fast-paced environment, focused on building strong relationships and ability to deliver outstanding results, will make you a great addition to the team. Additionally, you will also have: Minimum 4+ years account management, preferably in Pharmacy, FMCG or Beauty. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships. Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands. Commercially minded analyst with a strong understanding of the drivers of sales performance. Strong modelling skills using Excel is a must, while experience Aztec/ Nielsen and SAP is preferred.
