Find a career that matters and lasts As the Manager of Technical Competency and Training within the Operational Support Services (OSS), you'll lead the development and execution of a comprehensive competency and training framework for our operational staff. Your responsibilities include strategising and implementing learning and training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Additionally, you'll initially be tasked with building a team of technical training experts to support the technical training strategy. You'll engage with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is current and aligned with industry standards. Furthermore, you'll lead the development of a Technical Competency Matrix and provide strong leadership to position our training function as a centre of operational excellence. The community you will join Reporting to the General Manager of OSS, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our operations. This position sits within the Operations and Service Delivery Division of the business. In your role, you'll lead a team of four direct reports and oversee an additional four indirect reports, fostering a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and professional development.
