The Learning and Development Coordinator contributes to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of programs which encourage, maintain and strengthen the capability of production employees within the McCain manufacturing environment. About the Role Support our performance review process and look to identify development solutions for our employees Collaborate and connect with your peers across Australia and New Zealand driving process improvement Regularly review and update training materials Develop and maintain learning content and materials Maintain employee training records in the Learning Management System and other tools Regularly report to the Training Manager and plant leadership Adhere to all relevant local, legislative, and corporate learning policies Support the MDI operational excellence and lean manufacturing program About You Tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development orOrganisational Development (or related field) Experience in production or manufacturing with an understanding of production processes, products, and packaging (desirable) Proficient in MS Office and familiar with database management Experience with Learning Management Systems and SAP would be a plus Experience in developing and delivering training programs would be awesome Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Skilled in engaging, interacting, and influencing at all levels of the organisation Effective verbal communication skills Ability to prepare and present findings/recommendations Ability to interpret and follow guidelines, policies, procedures, industrial agreements, and relevant legislation What’s in it for You?
