Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a knack for keeping end-user devices running smoothly? We're seeking a skilled End User Computing (EUC) Device Specialist to join our dynamic team. From device setup to software updates, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Provide user support during deployment, troubleshooting issues, and offering training. Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of deployed devices. Support software/application deployment strategy for Windows devices. Perform routine maintenance and repair of end user devices. Optimize Microsoft endpoint management platforms for efficiency and security. Document all deployment activities and ensure accurate ticket updates. Support technology strategies aligning with business objectives. You’ll bring to the table: Degree qualification in either Information Technology or similar technical capacity, or equivalent work experience Proven experience in IT device deployment Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal abilities Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft End User Computing technologies including Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD: Manage devices identity, users, & groups Experience with device group policies and configuration profiles: Create and maintain group policies and configuration profiles through Active Directory and Intune Experience ensuring device compliance with latest Windows security updates Desirable Experience with application packaging and deployment: MSI, Win32, LOB, MSIX Experience across; ITIL Service Lifecycle, Stakeholder Management, Strategy, Planning, Road Maps, Leadership and Mentoring, Vendor Management A qualification in ITIL and/or previous experience using ITIL at a practical level Strong breadth of experience in a technology services group within a large complex organisation and multi-sourced services environment How to apply Click ‘Apply Now’ and submit your application.
