As a teacher at Goodstart Collingwood Park you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children. About our Centre : Goodstart Collingwood Park is a boutique style, one room Centre, caring for a maximum of 21 children from 24 months to 5 years. Our unique learning space boasts a home-like feel which supports all learning styles and interests. Our small size does not compromise our service and we provide interactive learning programs designed to promote a child’s individual development in an enjoyable, play-based setting. We have a wonderful team of fully qualified educators and they are all dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment. You’ll help achieve this by : Having a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Equivalent OR studying towards your Bachelor Having passion and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education Having initiative to drive innovation within the Centre Having extensive knowledge of the EYLF and understanding of the NQF/NQS Having the passion and experience to work with children with challenging behaviours There are so many reasons to join the Goodstart family.
