Find a career that matters and lasts As a Design Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Design Managers, Design Portfolio Managers and the broader Design Solutions team in the execution and finalisation of design delivery. Your efforts will help us maintain the high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality that our customers and stakeholders expect. Here’s how: You’ll assist in the design delivery process through the management of project design documentation including drawing registers, transmittals and handover documentation. You’ll contribute to the design portfolio function through the collection of relevant data including project resourcing and scheduling requirements. You’ll assist with the administration of external design contract management including collecting and maintaining records of contractor performance feedback and work forecasts. You’ll assist Responsible Designers with managing project design documentation and design management tasks for single discipline projects. You’ll foster positive relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and third-party authorities. Your expertise You’ll have a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, or Diploma level qualifications coupled with relevant experience in a project/design support environment.
