Ray White Queensland are looking for a new Full Time Corporate Receptionist to act as our Director of First Impressions providing outstanding customer experiences and supporting our high performing and energetic culture. This is an exciting opportunity if you’re excited by real estate. You’ll get to meet and interact with the best in the industry, each and every day, while seeing every aspect of the real estate business. Ray White is proud to offer our employee wellbeing program, Together, and you’ll be our team’s champion for the initiatives and execution of the program Your day to day will include, but is not limited to: Welcoming clients Phone management including answering incoming calls and directing to the correct contact Complaint management and resolution (training provided) Providing information to enquiries General inbox management including responding to and forwarding emails Provide support and administrative assistance to the Queensland corporate team Meeting room management Corporate catering Stationery management Collecting mail from PO Box and delivering to the correct person General office upkeep You’ll be using the latest tools and technology including Google Suite, Monday.com and Canva. Whilst our preference is for our ideal candidate to be available for full time hours, should you demonstrate the desired skills, fit and attitude we would be open to filling this role on a 4 day week capacity.
