Summary SAP Business Network is the global leader in business commerce networks, supporting more than $1Trillion dollars in yearly trade between 2 million connected companies. Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration is a key product within SAP business Network and is key in transforming the way the companies collaborate with their Training partners be it Supplier, Carriers, logistics providers and Service Providers. Every day, companies collaborate and run their Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable and Supply Chain process helping them to manage spend, reduce costs, minimize risk, gain operational efficiency, and grow revenue. This collaboration is enabled through a cloud-based community where companies can buy, sell, and manage their extended Supply Chain. Network Deployment Lead will be a Trusted advisor required to manage multiple customers who have purchased SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration solution and will assist those customers to enable their suppliers on the SAP Business Network. The role develops the enablement strategy, change management, training plans to maximizes ROI and will support Customer and trading partners interactions to ensure overall success and satisfaction. Network Deployment Lead will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage challenging projects deploying complex global supply chain transactions. Roles and Responsibilities Builds relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels. Align with Account Management on comprehensive enablement onboarding plan. May act as project manager for cross functional teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders. Accountable for structuring projects to meet customer goals and objectives. Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations to customers outlining expectations, risks, options, project plans, results, etc. Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics. Work closely with our partner and Supply Chain center of excellence teams to ensure delivery success Ensures that all reports and systems are current. Understands and complies with work instructions, process documents, technology and tools required within the department. Be responsible for operational results, quality of delivery, and generation of customer references Demonstrates exceptional problem solving skills Experience and proven performance leading people in direct team leadership, customer leadership or project leadership role. Adept at appropriately escalating issues within and across teams both internally and customer facing. Able to quickly identify project risks and opportunities early in the project and work with a high degree of autonomy to address them. All other duties as assigned. Role Requirement Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of Supply Chain or Procurement Consulting Experience Exposure to an Enterprise Business Applications (preferred SAP) and understanding of Procurement, Sales and Distribution and Logistics modules. Exposure to customer management (internal & external) and Proven ability to lead business conversations with Procurement/Supply Chain stakeholders 3+ years of Project Management Experience Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Presentation. Must be able to travel 20-30% within ANZ. Preferred Knowledge Experience with continuous improvement efforts CPSM, APICS or PMP Certification Experience on cloud (on-demand) procurement solution, SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ B2B/ EDI providers SAP Business suite and SAP Ariba solution/product knowledge Experience in B2B ecommerce, EDI understanding, especially in direct materials Industry experience in Retail, Mining and FMCG Sectors. #LI-POST ​ Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
