About the Role: The role aims to contribute to the large portfolio of Kinder Bueno, Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Happy Hippo, Kinder Tronky and drive the implementation of the Kinder brand marketing strategy including definition of the marketing mix, marketing tools, consumer target groups and communication plans, pricing and other aspects of a big and iconic brand! Main Responsibilities: Strategic planning: lead the +1 year horizon process of Brand Plans, annual marketing activity calendar, media brief and A&P budget, based on a deep-dive analysis of the portfolio, brand KPIs, and category opportunities Activity grid: create meaningful marketing activities based on category & consumer drivers, barriers, market trends, target audience understanding (insight, tension, brand response) and execute end to end, perform post-campaign analysis Communication: ensure relevance of local ATL & BTL communication by leveraging on Global assets or leading local developments, monitoring efficient investment of A&P budget with the right expected impact on brand’s image KPIs Innovation: lead the launch plans development and implementation of innovations, ensure cross-functional reply on potential longer term innovations business case when requested by Global marketing team Business performance: in collaboration with the other functions ensure complete business monitoring (sell-in, sell-out, media, consumer, and brand image KPIs), lead broader Kinder key presentations to the Global teams. Understand the business and competitive environment, recommend corrective actions for YTG or Y+1 to achieve financial goals, SOM and brand image KPIs Range architecture: work closely with Category, Global Marketing teams to ensure the right performing range for different brands People management: coach and develop a team member to reach business and individual goals, ensure growth and professional development White spaces: be curious and proactive in investigating market opportunities to identify gaps and potential new source of growth Financials: ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of the profitability, manage P&L, lead broader Kinder A&P process definition and monitoring Relationship management: effectively collaborate with other internal stakeholders locally(Sales, Category, Retail Activation, Finance, etc.) and globally (Regional and Global Marketing), and external agencies (creative, media) Who we are looking for: ​​ University degree, tertiary qualifications in business or marketing is necessary 7+ years of relevant experience in FMCG Brand Marketing, previous cross functional experience in Category or Sales is not mandatory but would be a plus Solid marketing fundamentals and project management skillset, understanding of traditional and digital media, experience of brand campaigns/implementation and analysis Strong analytical skills and cognitive thought, with management of scan data and consumer research Commercial mindset and business acumen, ability to collaborate across functions and with multiple stakeholders. Good ability to collaborate cross-functionally Budget Management, P&L exposure required Excellent project management skillset, ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, agility and capability of adapting / multi-tasking Ability to perform as a team player with a strong wish to learn and grow, and be an independent and autonomous self-starter High sense of responsibility and proactivity, anticipation of issues and proposal of solutions Strong presentation and business writing skills Previous people management experience is considered a plus Advanced MS office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills, SAP is a plus How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
