Introduction IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming and lottery products and systems. We are seeking a Storeperson/Driver to help despatch and possibly deliver IGT products to client sites in a timely and customer focussed manner. Responsibilities include: Maintain despatch area of warehouse in a clean and orderly manner. Ensure deliveries are picked and packed as per daily run sheet. Comply with OHS regulations at all times at client sites and whilst loading and unloading stock. Provide support/assistance/advice to other teams/departments in area of expertise as required. Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate (i.e.: picks, transfers etc.). Act as a key participant in the stock cycle counting process. Facilitates a positive client experience, taking ownership and resolving client issues in a timely manner. Delivers on commitments and makes attempts to exceed customer expectations. Follow established guidelines for quality assurance and keeping informed of the current techniques to maintain professionalism. Be willing to extend work times to accommodate customer delivery times. Demonstrates commitment in teamwork by actively promoting it. Required skills and qualifications: Educational Minimum school certificate or relevant experience. Skills & Attributes Prior despatch/storeperson experience is highly regarded. Forklift Drivers Licence. Excellent verbal communication skills. Proven high level initiative. Physical fitness to be able to drive and undertake manual handling tasks within safety guidelines. Drivers Licence.
