We need someone who can juggle multiple accounts, client touchpoints, deadlines and consultant schedules without breaking a sweat. What You’ll Do Manage portfolio of existing and new clients across multiple industries Maintain and develop strong trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business needs is crucial Regular check-ins with client to identify growth opportunities, issues, renewals and quotes Work with multiple internal stakeholders to drive projects to success completion Main point of contact for all your clients Recommend products/services on value to achieve mutual business goals and benefits Build strong ongoing relationships with InterWorks partners Work on multiple projects at a time Update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce) database to ensure quality of data and all communication is recorded in timely manner What We’d Like You to Have Strong written and oral communication skills Effective time management Open to ad-hoc duties Ability to seamlessly manage numerous clients and opportunities Ability to work under pressure and have great attention to detail Click here for the InterWorks Privacy Policy Powered by JazzHR
