Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Growth / Director of Commercial to spearhead our new business initiatives and strategic partnerships in the Australia and New Zealand region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing long-term relationships with key partners. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand market share. Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration. Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, potential clients, and other relevant organizations. Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on delivering exceptional results. Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive their success. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth across the region. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Country Lead, ANZ. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align strategies and achieve business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of success in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector. Extensive experience in new business development and partnership management. Strong understanding of the Australia and New Zealand market, with established industry connections. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance sales team. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Practical understanding of CRM and loyalty, marketing automation technology (Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, SAS), database marketing, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
