Essential Requirements: Proven Track Record: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar strategic role, with a demonstrably positive impact on business outcomes. Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency in advanced data analysis and interpretation tools (SQL, Tableau, R, Python). Strategic Acumen: A keen understanding of business strategy, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Executive Presence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at facilitating discussions and influencing decisions at the executive level. Collaborative Leadership: The ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Real Estate industry (preferred).
