About the role Reporting to the Global Business HRIS Lead and working closely with the Technology Division and the Business, this role ensures efficient and effective use of UKG (Kronos) Workforce Dimensions to track T&A and convert this data to meet payroll requirements and compliance. Note: This role can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne. * Provide country-based expertise on the use of WFD, supported by up-to-date design documents and knowledge management records. * Work closely with the business, technology, and payroll teams to ensure WFD is configured to meet business and payroll requirements. * Collaborate with the HR Assist team and Timekeepers to manage the operational use of WFD effectively. * Provide continuous improvement insights and advice on Time & Attendance (T&A) system/data opportunities. * Handle reporting, risk and control management, and data governance with regards to WFD. This includes developing audit reports and other reporting to support compliance requirements. * Assist with prioritisation and business communications for any fix/run issues, support system changes, and work on the design and maintenance of the WFD user access policy. About you We’re seeking a dynamic HR Operations professional who thrives in a transformative environment and exhibits a blend of expertise in Time and Attendance systems, particularly UKG (Kronos) Workforce Dimensions, and Payroll delivery. If you’re adept at simplifying complex concepts and possess a track record of effective stakeholder management, we would love to hear from you. * Proficiency with UKG (Kronos) and experience in leveraging T&A systems for payroll compliance. * Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across technology, payroll, and business domains. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with a history of achieving consensus among diverse viewpoints. * A quick learner with a keen sense of learning agility, especially in technology and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. * Proactive and autonomous work ethic, capable of initiating actions and managing duties independently.
