Located in the heart of the CBD, Ronnie's is a nostalgic Italian restaurant open for both lunch and dinner. The convenient location is close to all public transportation, including multiple tram lines and is just blocks from Southern Cross Station. Ronnie's Melbourne is looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry. You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must! Your day to day We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie, with a solid skill set, able to handle high volume numbers. You must have the ability to work across all sections in the kitchen and preferably the hot section. We are looking for a team player who is looking to develop further in their career and build with the team and the business.
