About the Role: As our Learning and Development Superintendent you will drive growth and innovation through your commitment to excellence in learning and development. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager at our Portland Aluminium Smelter you will develop strong relationships and use influencing skills to implement learning and development initiatives across the location. Key responsibilities include: * Implement learning and development standards at the Portland location. * Develop and execute the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the site. * Build influential relationships with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement. * Oversee the L&D Consultant, Mobile Crew Trainer and support the Crew Trainers in designing and implementing training packages. * Monitor site-wide learning initiatives and ensure training compliance. * Provide strategic advice to the location HR Manager.
