Location: This opportunity is available in the following countries: The USA, Bahamas, Mexico, Australia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, Argentina, Trinidad & Tobago, Lima, Peru, Columbia, and Ecuador Job Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate leisure travel experiences, including vacations, family trips, and getaways. Interact with clients via phone and email to assist with travel inquiries, itinerary changes, and cancellations. Provide personalized travel planning advice and recommendations to create unforgettable experiences. Collect payment information, process bookings, and issue invoices or receipts as needed. Promote additional services, such as room upgrades, dining options, and local excursions, to enhance the client experience and increase revenue. Assist clients with general inquiries, directions, and information about travel destinations and local attractions. Address and resolve client issues or concerns related to reservations, billing, or service quality. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
