Job Description: As a Biomedical Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the biomedical engineering field. You will work closely with our experienced engineers and researchers on projects that span the entire development cycle of medical devices and systems. This internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to meaningful healthcare innovations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and testing of medical devices and systems. Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of engineering solutions. Perform technical analysis and simulations to optimize device performance. Support the documentation and regulatory compliance process for medical device development. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Help prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts related to engineering projects. Stay updated with the latest advancements in biomedical engineering and related fields. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong academic background with coursework in biomechanics, biomaterials, medical imaging, and/or biomedical instrumentation. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW). Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, FDA) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
