We are hiring an experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our team! Responsibilities: Provide precise, relevant advice and assistance on various visa options, eligibility criteria, and immigration regulations. Prepare thorough submissions to the Department of Home Affairs in support of applications while ensuring adherence to compliance standards; Lodge sponsorships, nominations and visa applications; Process sponsorships, nominations, and visa applications in accordance with company protocols and utilizing designated tools and systems Oversee visa applicant cases, ensuring prompt completion of all deadlines and milestones. Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates on application statuses and address any queries or concerns Work closely with relevant government agencies, such as the Department of Home Affairs, for expedited processing and to address any application-related issues. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate advice and submissions About You Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Advanced MS Office applications. Knowledge of Australian Migration Law and visa processing. Fluency in additional languages (advantageous). Relevant qualifications in Australian Migration Law. Visa processing experience and knowledge of legislation and processes. Proven experience in Employer Sponsored Visas and General Skilled Migration (preferred). Ability to work within deadlines and budget constraints. Exceptional attention to detail.
