About the role As the Sales Manager at Mamamia, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be to exceed sales targets by building and nurturing relationships with media agencies and direct clients. Leveraging your exceptional networking skills, you will develop strategic advertising solutions that align with client objectives, optimising campaign effectiveness. By fostering strong internal and external collaborations, you will contribute to sustained growth and long-term success for Mamamia. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Proactively drive revenue growth, consistently meeting and surpassing monthly targets. Manage accounts within your portfolio, fostering strong relationships to maximize revenue opportunities. Identify and secure new business through various channels such as emails, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. Collaborate internally to deliver innovative advertising solutions tailored to clients' needs, ensuring alignment with briefs. Create custom sales materials, proposals, and presentations to effectively showcase Mamamia's product suite. Ensure accuracy of booking schedules and oversee campaign delivery, conducting post-analysis for optimization. Develop long-term strategic plans for advertising solutions. Provide support to the commercial director and sales team as needed. About you Minimum 3 years digital sales experience (preferably at a digital publisher) Proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed sales targets Experience identifying additional revenue streams and acquiring new business A passion for the digital media platform and the Mamamia brand Experience utilising media booking systems to build out media plans and process bookings Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail Possess the confidence to deliver high quality and engaging sales presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing deadlines and priorities Collaborative individual who thrives in a team environment About us We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.
