Your role will see you lead a team of technicians and engineers across Australia who are solving customer challenges, repairing and maintaining equipment, testing and selecting new products and suppliers and reviewing and authorising warranty claims. You will also be responsible for quality assurance and ensuring our client's products and systems maintain regulatory compliance. You will likely be an experienced technical manager with a relevant tertiary or trade qualification. You are professional, commercially minded, and are always seeking to improve products, services, and processes to ensure customer satisfaction is delivered and that the business grows as a result. You are analytical with an excellent eye for detail and are not afraid to challenge the status quo if you feel a change is needed. You are able to communicate well with people from all walks of life and all levels of technical proficiency, both within the company and externally. This role is an important part of our client's leadership team.
