Job Responsibilities: Handle trip reservations by receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability for accommodations, flights, and other travel services. Interact with clients via phone and email to assist with travel inquiries, itinerary changes, and cancellations. Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to enhance the client experience. Collect payment information, process bookings, and issue invoices or receipts as needed. Promote additional services, such as room upgrades, dining options, and local tours, to enhance the client experience and increase revenue. Address and resolve client issues or concerns related to reservations, billing, or service quality. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
