We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel Reservationist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on booking accommodations and managing room reservations for clients. Job Responsibilities: Handle hotel reservations, including receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability. Interact with guests via phone and email to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations. Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while addressing any special requests or concerns. Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed. Promote additional services, such as room upgrades, dining options, and spa treatments, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Address and resolve guest issues or concerns related to reservations, billing, or service quality. Work closely with vendors and suppliers.
