An experienced Account Manager who excels in strategic thinking, creative tasks and client relationship management. You will have experience guiding campaigns from start to finish and will deliver high quality campaigns for out clients. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Act as primary liaison for key retainer clients, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving revenue growth. Supervise post-sale campaign management with Campaign Executives, designers, and paid media specialists. Assist Client partnerships lead in client pitches and project-based campaigns for smooth pre-to-post sales transition. Generate additional revenue from existing clients, demonstrating the full potential of SQUAD and aiding client retention. Maintain ongoing budget planning and investment for each campaign. Coordinate with creative solutions for content production, managing shoot timelines and shot lists. Stay updated on social media trends, trade press, events, and partner relationships, including platform developments and trending topics. Lead client reporting, ensuring monthly performance tracking against KPIs, offering insights, and recommendations for growth. Manage campaign executives, supporting their skill development, ensuring quality work, and managing their workload. Now, a bit about you. 4-5 years experience working in an agency environment in a similar capacity. Strong understanding of social media landscape and owned content Strong understanding of paid social creative mindset with the ability to think on their feet and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and clients to come up with culturally relevant content ideas. A team player who takes ownership of responsibilities, communicates effectively and gives and receives feedback with honesty, respect, curiosity, and openness. Ability to prioritise the needs and perspectives of our audience and commercial partners in decision-making and problem-solving Demonstrated ability to adapt a measured approach and drive process improvement initiatives and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
