Position Overview: We're seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Night Manager to oversee night operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the Night Manager. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist guests upon arrival. * Manage guest accounts and ensure smooth check-in/check-out. * Resolve guest issues promptly. * Balance financial transactions and night audits. * Ensure safety and security of guests and staff. * Support and mentor night staff. Qualifications: * Minimum 12 months’ experience in hospitality/guest services. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Valid NSW RSA Competency card, First Aid Qualifications, and Drivers Licence required. * Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
