About the role The Creative Operations Manager will work closely with the Creative Team and Producers to ensure TWE’s In House Agency delivers high-quality work that meets the business’ expectations. This role be responsible for managing the internal resource workload of the creative team, project coordination, budgets and generating overall efficiencies for the team. * Manage and optimise the internal workflow tool, embed processes, and maintain the digital asset management system. * Oversee budget reconciliation, raise purchase orders, and generate performance reports to support financial health. * Implement onboarding systems, foster a positive agency culture, and coordinate IT and equipment needs for new team members. * Allocate project resources, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs and deadlines within the project management system. * Partner with creative and production teams to deliver projects on time and budget, and coordinate IHA’s administrative procedures. About you We are searching a highly skilled and adaptable professional with a comprehensive background in agency operations and project management. Highly organised and deadline-driven, you excel in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting targets and maintaining high standards. * Demonstrated understanding of agency operations * Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Trello and/or Monday.com * Familiarity with design and creative software such as Adobe * Ability to collaborate and provide production delivery expertise * Strong expertise in Project Management and handling multiple projects and priorities at once.
