As the Integrated Planning Manager, you will step into a dynamic role where you will develop, maintain, and optimise an integrated plan that will drive our operations forward. Reporting to our Integrated Plan & Delivery Manager, you will have critical accountability for ensuring that sequence of mining activities, including alignment with Studies, Approvals, Environment, Community Relations, Operations, and other functions is done to build robust, executable long-term plans that maximise value for the system. Your key contributions and activities will be: * Developing the Integrated Regional Plan, connecting the 10-year business plan to the 36-month mine plan for the Australian region. * Scheduling key activities, such as borehole drilling and studies, to achieve planned objectives. * Coordinating scenario modelling to understand the probability and likely success of delivery. * Establishing a governance process to track compliance to the plan and mitigate risks. * Developing an appropriate sign-off process for key assumptions and inputs into the schedule. * Identifying system and local bottlenecks using leading and lagging metrics, and work with local teams to de-risk the plan. * Providing executive-level commentary on performance, risks, improvement areas and developing and delivering improvement initiatives. What you can bring to the role * Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Mining or Commercial is essential. * Strong background within the Mining industry within a similar senior leadership capacity. * Experienced in mine planning and operations at a strategic level with exposure to working within a complex scheduling environment. * Substantial experience in managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation. * Alumina and Bauxite technical knowledge would be considered desirable.
