This is a highly diverse role, and your day to day will include, but not limited to: Recognising our members and their achievements Provide support and administrative assistance to the Queensland corporate team Coordinating marketing and communications plan Assist with planning and executing events General inbox management including responding to and forwarding emails Complaint management and resolution (training provided) EA Support to Senior Leaders Travel bookings Diary management Develop relationships with network members About you You’ve had proven experience in a coordinator or assistant role Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise Excellent communication skills with amazing grammar and spelling Ability to work independently and make decisions Thrive in high pressure environments while maintaining a calm demeanour Initiative to think one step ahead and to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise You’ll be using the latest tools and technology including Google Suite, Monday.com and Canva.
