You thrive in an agile environment and are happy to contribute to our friendly and supportive culture This role will see you deliver advisory services to existing Protecht.ERM clients. These services include system enhancements, stakeholder engagement and growing trusted client relationships. Reporting to the Head of ERM Advisory, this role is focused on continuing to improve our practices and processes, enhancing existing client Protecht.ERM systems, supporting stakeholder engagement and maintaining strong client relationships. Some of the key responsibilities include: Work across teams to support Protecht.ERM client implementation & provide interactive dashboards and reports based on client requirements Build forms and workflow rules in Protecht.ERM Help design and implement improvements to clients’ configurations of Protecht.ERM Deliver Protecht.ERM training and facilitate client workshops Provide supporting documentation for the implemented solutions If you are interested in joining us, along with your previous experience in a similar role, then we want to hear from you. Our ideal ERM Advisor candidate has: Demonstrated experience in Risk Management, WHS, Business Continuity, Audit or Technology Based Solutions An interest in technology-based solutions / SaaS is a must Existing Project Management & analytical skills A desire to work with technology is critical for this role Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve Outstanding communication and external stakeholder management experience Experience working with stakeholders to capture and document user requirements or willingness to learn Flexible, collaborative approach to working with broad cross-functional teams Why Protecht? – Why join us?
