Are you looking to develop your skills in the Facilities Management industry? BGIS is expanding and seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sydney CBD on a 6-month contract.The Role:As a Facilities Coordinator, you will: * Provide diverse administrative support to the contract team, including general office management, correspondence, and file system management. * Prepare and coordinate contract documentation such as manuals, procedures, reports, and meeting minutes. * Assist with contractor management and compliance. * Allocate work orders using the Client Maintenance System (QFM) for various maintenance tasks. * Support financial management of the contract. * Ensure all stakeholders adhere to OHS & E policies and procedures.Skills and Experience: * Minimum of a Higher School Certificate or equivalent. * Relevant qualifications in Administration or Management. * Strong experience in a similar administrative role. * Understanding of QA, OH&S, and environmental systems. * Flexibility and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet access. * Experience in taking meeting minutes is a plus.Why Join Us?At BGIS, we value diversity and inclusivity.
