Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for managing high-profile guests? Mamamia is looking for an Executive Producer for two of our chart-topping shows, No Filter and True Crime Conversations. As the Executive Producer, you will own the end-to-end pre and post-production process and craft stories that resonate across the network while driving commercial success. If you're a natural storyteller with exceptional project management skills and a deep understanding of podcast audience engagement, we want you to help us elevate the show's reputation and deliver powerful narratives that inspire, inform, and entertain. What we're looking for. Production Management : Oversee the end to end production process for No Filter and TCC podcasts, ensuring quality and consistency. Guest Acquisition : Secure diverse high-profile guests and manage guest relationships effectively. Scripting and Creative Development: Refine interview angles, implement cross-promotion opportunities, and utilise show's back catalogue. Performance & Quarterly Reviews : Monitor show performance, analyse audience engagement, and provide insights for improvement. Talent Management: Provide hosts with feedback, conduct airchecks, and manage talent relationships. Commercial Oversight: Ensure sponsorship alignment, monitor compliance, and collaborate with the sales team. Workflow Optimization: Refine production workflows and optimise marketing opportunities. Relationship Management: Leverage industry contacts and maintain positive relationships with guests and sponsors. Now, a bit about you. Minimum one years experience in a similar role (as an Executive Producer) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong audio editing skills (Adobe Audition preferred) Experience promoting podcasts through owned and earned media Strong project management and organisational skills A team player who takes ownership of responsibilities, communicates effectively and gives and receives feedback with honesty, respect, curiosity, and openness. Ability to prioritise the needs and perspectives of our audience and commercial partners in decision-making and problem-solving Demonstrated ability to adapt a measured approach and drive process improvement initiatives and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
