The Role If you are an experienced Finance Manager looking for the opportunity to work with a global leader in the provision of Facilities Management Services, with a focus on delivering innovative, technically led integrated facility management solutions that create value - we would like to hear from you. This role is based in Sydney, NSW. - Lead the development and management of annual budgets. - Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts. - General Ledger operations. - Finalise month end & and manage accrual process. - Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. - Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities. - Financial and budget strategies. - Accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses. - Manage billing of Minor Works, Modifications, and any Variable Completed Services Payments. - Maintain and update Purchase Order Register. - Review all incoming invoices. - Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. - Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.Skills and Experience - Extensive Finance Management experience - Sound knowledge and experience with relevant legislation and policies standards and agreements. - A high level of demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Word. - Strong demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry. - Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills. - Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems. - Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities. - Relevant tertiary qualification in a financial related discipline.
