Senior Customer Support Engineer- 12 Month Fixed Term About the Opportunity We are pleased to offer a new exciting, fixed term position for individuals interested in joining our Tait Asia Pacific Team as an experienced Senior Customer Support Engineer at our Brisbane Office. This opportunity would suit an individual that is looking for a 12-month fixed term position. This role is primarily responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization through expert technical knowledge and exceptional customer service. Key functions of this role also includes: ITIL aligned Incident and Problem management Verification and Validation of Radio System and End User Device Operation Systematic fault finding and replication Provision of technical information to customers Generation of customer reports This position will require some flexibility in working hours as there is a requirement to complete 'on call' scheduled hours to support customers outside of regular business hours. What You'll Bring: To be successful in this role you will need to be: extremely customer focused, have excellent skills of diplomacy and customer relationship management experience. Demonstrate a passion and commitment to getting great results. Experience Required At least 5 years' experience in an ICT or wireless communication technical role Experience in with Land Mobile Radio equipment, P25, DMR, conventional, trunking and simulcast systems, LTE technologies and operation would be beneficial Familiar with the concepts of ITIL Service Management principles Engineering degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Perks of working with us Flexible working options We recognise employee performance and contribution through our discretionary bonus scheme.
