Description:
The Role As a Painter you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive paintwork requests across a key client for BGIS. This role is based in Gold Coast, QLD! - Assist and manage paintwork across commercial and industrial buildings ( Internal and external ). - Form part of the building services delivery team to meet the requirements of our clients. - Assist with the preparation of detailed and accurate Estimates / Quotations as required by our clients. - Escalate issues requiring attention by the management team. - Contact and liaise with sub-contractors as required. - Assist the building services team to ensure the utilisation of resources through effective scheduling of works. - Administrative tasks - Uploading the delivery and completion of all jobs onto an ipad. Skills and Experience - Experience in residential or commercial interior and exterior painting. - Demonstrated experience or exposure to building/facilities management environments. - Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems. - White card. - Able to work unsupervised.
