Role Description This role will be focused on the recruitment of Permanent Recruitment within the Infrastructure & Renewable Energy Division. Over time the consultant will become an expert in their market and seen as a role model within the business. Principle Accountabilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s permanent hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies. Deliver a range of permanent recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients. Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue. Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. Tenacious and determined to succeed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert. A great work ethic with desire a to get the job at hand done. Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required. A decision maker and solutions provider. Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across the suite of services. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on permanent placements. Experience in technical/engineering/accountancy/finance recruitment or high-vol permanent recruitment role placement. Developed client relationship management skills. What we can offer you!
