As we expand our team, we are seeking a Remote Destination Advisor who shares our passion for travel and customer service excellence.As a Remote Destination Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, itinerary planning, and booking assistance to our clients. You will work remotely to engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing, to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Provide personalized travel recommendations and destination advice based on clients’ interests, preferences, and budget. • Assist clients with itinerary planning, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and dining options. • Research and stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and visa requirements to provide accurate and relevant guidance to clients. • Handle booking inquiries, reservations, and ticketing arrangements for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services. • Coordinate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and options for clients. • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and travel history in our CRM system. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings, streamline processes, and optimize the client experience. • Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery. Qualifications: • Previous experience in travel advisory, tourism, hospitality, or related fields preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. • Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel products, and industry trends. • Proficiency in using travel booking systems, reservation platforms, and CRM software. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a remote team environment. • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing client accounts and inquiries efficiently. • Passion for travel, cultural exploration, and delivering exceptional service experiences. • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
