The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Customer Implementation Consultant includes: Be “the face of Evotix” in delivering implementation projects; Engage with the Business Development Team, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Managers, the Tech Support Team, and Customers to plan delivery and ensure a smooth transition from sales to completed delivery; Collaborate with customers to define the optimal configurations based on requirements, challenging assumptions, recommending potential solutions and probing for further detail where appropriate; Manage projects to ensure outstanding client actions are regularly chased so not to delay the delivery of project milestones; Develop and maintain a strong implementation control, i.e., project plans, meeting notes, actions, risk and issue logs, etc; Play an active role in your ‘customer success squad’ collaborating on tasks with your fellow squad members; Spot opportunities where customers require additional configuration services or training, or where they may benefit from additional functionality. What you’ll bring to the table: Proven experience in a customer implementation role is critical to success, especially leading the implementation of software solutions including requirement gathering, configuration, and migration; Extensive experience in delivery of software solutions to enterprise clients; A strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and an ability to interpret client needs; Able to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to business users; Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects; Passion for EHS, its impact on our customers, their customers, and the world – creative and willing to push the envelope; A bias toward working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong collaboration and time management; Demonstrated ability to listen carefully to truly understand client needs and concerns. What we can't live without: A self-directed, rapid learner with high drive and determination; Collaborative – maintains strong internal relationships and acts as a critical linkage between stakeholders and technical teams; Degree qualified (preferred), with a preference for a background in IT or computer science; Strong communicator and influencer – both written and verbal; Detail-oriented – maintains insight into technical features and capabilities of the product; Highly determined with a positive attitude!
