As the Electrical Team Leader - you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled electrical professionals in the planning, implementing, and maintaining of all client systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid electrical background, hands-on experience with high-voltage equipment, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.This role is based on Gold Coast, QLDResponsibilities: * Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians in maintenance (reactive and preventative) and troubleshooting of high voltage systems. * Plan and coordinate different projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards. * Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure systems and equipment's proper functioning and safety. * Provide technical expertise and support to team members, troubleshooting complex electrical issues as they arise. * Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to high-voltage systems.Qualifications and experience: * Trade Qualified -Trade Certificate Electrical * Proven experience in a leadership role with the ability to motivate and guide a team. * Relevant certifications and experience working in HV. * Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.All technicians are provided: * Opportunity for Career Growth * Training Provided * Company iPad, Phone, Uniform and PPE * 1x RDO Monthly * Supportive Environment * Multitude of Employee BenefitsAdditionally, BGIS provides training for EWP, First Aid, Working at Heights and more!BGIS is a global leader in the provision of facility management, project delivery, energy & sustainability, asset management, workplace advisory, and real estate services.
