At WorleyParsons we are proud of our people and passionate about delivery. We are currently seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our dynamic team of high achievers in Gladstone. This role presents a great opportunity to gain valuable background across key industry sectors as you gain exposure to Hydrocarbons, Minerals & Metals, and Infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting Brownfield projects from conception to commissioning Delivery of engineering services that exceed client expectations Detail design including developing drawings, calculations, datasheets and scopes of work Perform discipline specific engineering services such as; identify and report changes to scope, contribute to appropriate studies, analysis and recommend actions, assist with preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports Provide technical support within the discipline team, liaise with the project team and consult with relevant resources as required Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions and ask for assistance if requiredRequirements To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: Background in brownfield project delivery across mineral processing or oil and gas industries A dedication to client satisfaction Background across and a solid understanding of the entire project life-cycle Applicable skills in both electrical and instrumentation design You will be an enthusiastic team member, with excellent stakeholder organizational skills A flexible approach to work is essential for this role General attributes required of all WorleyParsons employees include: Zero Harm, Action Orientation, Building Effective Relationships, Commitment, Customer Focus, Dealing with Change, Drive for Results, Integrity and Trust and Leadership Skills.
