We require an enthusiastic Data Entry Coordinator to provide exceptional research support within the Medical Oncology Group to ensure the high-quality and timeliness of the group’s Clinical Trials. This position will support cancer research and the delivery of exceptional, evidence-based healthcare. Compensation range: $57,409 - $69,889 (MMRI Professional levels four -5) per annum plus superannuation What you’ll be doing In this role you will: • Assist with data entry aspects of clinical trials and efficiently perform all data entry management activities within assigned trials according to contracted timeframes • Provide accurate and complete records by entering patient data into electronic case report forms • Assist in organising and running quality assurance activities in regards to collection, integrity and possible recovery of data • Utilise appropriate resources and liaise with teammates and clinical teams to clarify info as required, including correcting inaccurate or incomplete details • Assist the trial coordinator with monitoring visits, review monitoring follow-up letters, address open action items in collaboration with research team About you The skills and attributes which will facilitate your success in this role are: • Advanced technical skills - Excel, Word and Microsoft Access • Expertise to acquire the knowledge of the required protocol related research activity • Data entry background with clinical trial databases and eCRF programmes in an oncology research setting • Background working in a multidisciplinary team • Highly developed interpersonal and communication abilities, demonstrated expertise to interact effectively with staff across multiple functional areas and establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • A high degree of initiative, self-direction and decision making expertise when managing data queries • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy You will be rewarded by a competitive compensation, salary sacrificing and generous superannuation and the opportunity to work with passionate people intent on making a difference.
