About the Team In the Workday Adaptive Planning team, we enable a comprehensive set of cloud-based software solutions supported by a powerful, in-memory technology platform that enables functional and company-wide business planning and built-in analytics at very large scale. The Platform product team is responsible for the foundational layer on which Planning applications are built and encompasses areas such as Services Infrastructure, Security, Database, Application lifecycle management, Integration, and Observability. About the Role Are you a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are currently seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and extensive experience to join our team as a Product Manager - API & Integrations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of world-class products and make a significant impact in the industry.Your role as Product Manager will involve:Leading the strategy and roadmap for our API and integration capabilities, ensuring they align with our overall product vision and goals.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to determine and prioritize feature requirements.Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to discover possibilities for innovation and setting oneself apart.Ensuring successful product launches by coordinating all parties involved and delivering on schedule.Successfully implement and manage complex integrations with third-party systems.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and customers to gather feedback and understand their needs. About You Basic Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience or working closely with product managers or customers to translate customer and market needs into product offerings.Demonstrated experience in SaaS applications.Knowledge in one or more areas of - data integration, application integration, APIs, and security. Other Qualifications Knowledge of SaaS applications and infrastructure components they are built on.Knowledge of cloud data warehouses and other data platformsHands-on experience with integration frameworks is a plus.Experience working with geographically dispersed teams is a plus.Experience authoring product documentation and presentations.Expert intuition for business and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detectionStrong communication skills and presentation abilities to be very comfortable presenting to internal executives and partners and external customers and managing customer expectations Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
