Senior Management Accountant

The Role Reporting to the Finance and Commercial Manager, the Senior Management Accountant will be the key contact for this BGIS client's accounting matters. Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities include: - Full financial reporting on the client account. - Effective management of the finance deliverables. - Preparation and maintenance of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. - Preparation and analysis of monthly accruals. - Preparing commentary and bridging of actual results to forecast for internal reporting. - Analysing financial trends and identify business opportunities and risks. - Developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. - Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS services business systems. - WHS&E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders. Skills & Experience - Proven experience in Management and Financial Accounting. - Strong communication skills with internal and external customers. - Sound knowledge and experience with relevant legislation and policies, standards and agreements. - A demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel advanced. - Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills. - Proven experience in working within a Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction, or similar industry.
