Role Description As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the delivery team to ensure the successful execution of recruitment strategies within the competitive renewables industry. Your role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at achieving performance targets, maintaining quality standards, and complying with legal requirements. Principle Accountabilities: Plan and lead the delivery team to meet performance targets, quality standards, and legal requirements. Innovate and provide unique recruitment solutions for the competitive renewables industry. Offer customised contract recruitment services to global, regional, and new business clients. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and comprehensive understanding of the business. Conduct recruitment activities, including candidate selection, client communication, and negotiation of rates. Manage the performance of the delivery team through performance management schemes. Mentor and coach new team members to enhance their skills and performance. Prepare reports on recruitment activities and pipeline for the Country Leader’s assessment. Implement development programs, conduct regular appraisals, and analyse performance to improve processes and increase return on investment. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Market expertise with problem-solving and negotiation skills. Demonstrates leadership and serves as a role model. Strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach. Independent leader and effective mentor/coach. Consistent overachievement of revenue targets. Proven track record in providing contract & permanent recruitment solutions. Successful in winning recruitment with persuasive skills. Attentive listener, providing suitable solutions. Comprehensive understanding of employment regulations.
